LENSEC is currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager – Northeast/Midwest to join our team!

This is a virtual office based position from within a major metro market in the Northeast or Midwestern United States (preferably Boston, New York, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore or Washington, DC). The position will be responsible for overseeing and developing new business opportunities within the physical security and video surveillance market. This entails working with various Consulting firms, Manufacturer Representatives, Systems Integrators, and End Users to evangelize the LENSEC portfolio of products built around Perspective VMS™.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the business development opportunities of Value Added Resellers
  • Meet sales quotas, and goals for VARs within the region
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on VAR and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, sales engineering, business development, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • History of meeting or exceeding a defined sales quota
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to Travel extensively throughout the region

We are seeking an Office Manager / Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices, answer inbound phone calls, and assist with general office tasks.

Part-Time position. Preferred schedule: 9 am – 2 pm

  • Prepare and maintain partners paperwork
  • Pick up mail and distribute
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Record PTO for the team
  • Process expense reports
  • File record retention at year end
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
