Security Integrators earn more money, more often, by selling Perspective VMS®. The VAR Partner program is designed to help your business provide world-class support and professional services.

LENSEC provides comprehensive support services for our partners. This includes major and minor software updates, remote technical support, continuous system monitoring, server health assessments, and emergency support when needed. With LENSEC, partners have direct access to expert technical resources to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and customers stay satisfied.

Beyond sales and support, LENSEC partners benefit from a range of engagement activities. These include online product demos, technical writing support for proposals, participation in customer meetings and presentations, and access to 30-day pilot software programs. Our goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and direct involvement needed to win and retain more business.

At LENSEC, we also offer guidance on hardware optimization to ensure that Perspective VMS deployments are efficient and scalable. We recommend industry-standard server configurations for optimal performance, redundancy, and future expansion, including details like RAID storage, dual networking, and high-speed processors. Our hardware sizing guidelines help partners design systems that match customer requirements without over-specifying, balancing performance and cost.

LENSEC Procedures
To Become a Certified VAR Partner

Becoming a LENSEC Certified Partner is a straightforward process.
Partners commit to completing LENSEC’s official sales and technical training based on their partnership level.
This ensures that all partner teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to
successfully sell, design, and support Perspective VMS solutions.

SALES ORIENTATION

Sales presentation providing an overview of LENSEC and its business operations.

ONLINE DEMO

Conducting an online demonstration of PVMS to showcase its modules and features.

PARTNER PRESENTATION

Conducting a partner presentation to familiarize with the partnership levels, benefits, and requirements.

NDA & REGISTRATION FORM

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Partnership Registration Form.

DEMO ACCOUNT

Creating a demo account for the partner to access the online demo and explore PVMS.

SALES & PRESALES TRAINING

Scheduling Sales & Presales Training sessions (based on available regional locations).

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Signing the LENSEC Partnership Agreement.

TECHNICAL TRAINING

Scheduled Paid Technical Training (based on available regional locations; fees apply).

PARTNERSHIP CERTIFICATE

LENSEC Partner Certification.

Partnership Levels

PLATINUM

The VAR Partner is required to have the following minimum personnel trained on Perspective VMS® by LENSEC training staff: 1 presales engineer, 3 sales representatives, and 2 technical engineers. The VAR Partner will be eligible to:
  • *% discount on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of PVMS licenses
  • *% discount on the MSRP of the analytics licenses
  • *% discount on the MSRP of professional services
  • *% discount on the MSRP of the Security Platform & Integration
An annual quota of — USD should be met. Upon achieving the target, the partner will be eligible to participate in the VAR Rebate Program as listed below. Terms and conditions apply.

Gold

Terms & Conditions:

This program is only applied to partners after signing the partnership documents.

This program is only applied for partner category: System Integrator.

The target will count if only was fully paid before the end of the financial year.

Partners will be subject to the KPI Audit at the end of the financial year.

Partners should remain for at least 6 months to be eligible to participate in the rebate program before upgrading.

A Quarterly Business Review (QBR) will be conducted every quarter for assessment and alignment.

Target Achiever Incentive will be delivered to the partner through authorized channels, and the partner has the right to distribute it within the achiever/s.

The Rebate will be in the form of credit note. Which will be valid for 1 year.

Partners are illegible to use one accelerator factor per deal.

Sectors will be announced at the beginning of the financial year and subjects change each year.

PVMS License should not be less than 50% of the partner claiming target
